Warranty and Returns
Warranty and Repairs:
All products, with the exception of vacuum pumps, carry a one (1) year warranty on parts and workmanship only. Warranty only valid for original purchaser and can not be transferred.
We are ONLY a reseller of vacuum pumps and offer no warranty or repairs on vacuum pumps. For any vacuum pump related issues, warranty and repairs will have to be processed directly through manufacturer of pump.
Failures due to misuse, damage or outside influences are not covered. Warranty coverage is at the full and sole discretion of The 'Cooler Bleeder.
The 'Cooler Bleeder, its ownership, and its employees will not be held responsible or liable for any and all legal and financial claims. This includes consequential damages, injuries, or otherwise through use of our products. By purchasing and using our products, you fully and expressly agree to these terms.
Shipping costs for warranty processing are the responsibility of the end user. All warranty claims must be approved in writing before returned. Please Contact Us if you need warranty assistance.
The majority of our products are rebuildable and serviceable. If an out of warranty failure occurs, or if you need service, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in your repair and parts needs.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for any reason.
Any shipping damages need reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. No claims are possible after this timeframe.
While we strive for perfection, we aren't perfect. If we made a mistake in your order, we will happily make it right. Please contact us.
